When life feels uncertain — health changes, aging parents, loss, career shifts, or that quiet ache of “Is this all there is?” — it’s easy to feel powerless.
Sometimes there’s no single crisis, just a slow drift into anxiety, fear, restlessness, or emptiness.
I help women move from anxiety and reactivity to calm, grounded agency — using nervous system tools and mindset practices that restore control from the inside out.
I also help women gently overcome health anxiety — whether it’s linked to a diagnosis or a growing fear of illness.
Often, that anxiety is really a deep desire for more control in life.
I understand this personally — I live with a heart condition — and I’ve come to see it as one of my greatest teachers.
It taught me to stop letting everything affect me, to separate what truly matters from what doesn’t, and to create peace within, even when life feels unpredictable.
Please remember: we can’t always control what happens, but we can control how we meet it.

We begin with a Clarity Session — a 90-minute private coaching call to uncover what’s keeping you stuck, calm your nervous system, and design a fast, actionable plan for your next steps — so that you immediately feel uplifted, hopeful, and reinvigorated.
Sometimes we’re so burned out and spent that we just need someone to help us see clearly and guide the next right step.
You may already know why you feel the way you do — you just need structure, accountability, and gentle permission to move forward.
My approach offers exactly that: practical scaffolding to move from where you are to where you want to be — one clear step at a time.
From there, we can continue with ongoing sessions tailored to your life, pace, and goals.
This isn’t long, repetitive therapy that rehashes the past — it’s action-oriented, heart-centred coaching grounded in compassion, lived experience, and neuroscience.
It’s about daily wins and insights, purposeful choices grounded in reality and steady progress — because the goal isn’t to be unaffected by life, but to be unshaken by it.
Please understand I am not dismissing traditional therapy - it certainly has its place. My coaching/counselling is more action-oriented...designed for quick wins for ongoing encouragement, daily aha moments and faster progress. Put it this way....we deal more with the future than the past! Depression tends to be from past events/situations/feelings whereas anxiety is fear of the future/lack of control. I help you quieten the subconscious and live in the moment - because that's really all that any of us is guaranteed.
